I hope to get to these events. Training is an excellent way of knowing our responsibilities.

I hope others feel the same way and book too.

I just have to avoid appointment clashes which have been excessive lately.

It took me a while to understand the responsibilities of being an employer.

I have experience of being an employee so started wondering about training e.g. manual handling,

Then my PA cut her finger, freaked but then directed her to my first aid box [Having kids I had one of them recommend others get one too.] and then have recorded the incident, on my computer.

I did try to find an accident book but was not able to find one, then got paranoid put a sticker on my conservatory door to stop her crashing in to it. I had visions of being sued because of an accident, lets hope I anticipated possible problems and may be others should consider them too.
